One monthly price, based on your rooms.

You pay a fixed monthly subscription for your property, worked out mainly from the number of rooms. The standard package covers your team, your councils and your website, with setup and training. There is no charge to councils.

What changes your price

  1. Number of roomsThe main factor. A 20-room B&B and a 120-room hostel pay differently.
  2. Leaving out the websiteOptional. If you keep your current website, it comes off your quote.
  3. Bringing your history acrossStandard setup loads your rooms, rates and current residents. Importing years of past records is extra work, so we quote for it separately.

Is setup charged separately?

Standard setup, staff training and importing your current rooms, rates and residents are part of the package. Importing older records is quoted separately, so you see it before you agree to anything.

Do councils pay to use the portal?

No. Council access is included for every authority you work with.

What if we add rooms or another property?

Tell us and we will update your quote. Each property gets its own system, portal and website.
